Before you get started, we'll send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the mobile number registered to your account. Once you receive the OTP, it only takes a few minutes to set up Mobile Banking by following these simple steps:

1. Open the app and enter your Online Banking log-in details.
2. Check your phone for a One Time Passcode (OTP) sent via text message.
3. Enter the OTP into the app to register your device.
4. Choose whether you want to enable Touch ID or Face ID for secure log-in.

That's it—you're all set! Don't forget to allow 'push notifications' so that you receive important messages from us directly on your phone's home screen.

Remember:

• Never share your One Time Passcode (OTP) with anyone, including Santander employees.
• Avoid downloading software or granting remote access to anyone during or after a cold call.
• Avoid entering your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
